Types of Membership:

There are three types of Memberships depending on membership fee:

  • Annual Membership


    Joining Fees: Rs.500/- (INR Five Hundred only) and renewal fees of Rs.100/- to be paid every year to keep the membership active. If the member fails to renew for three consecutive years, his/her membership will be deactivated automatically. There will not be any succession or transfer of membership. Annual member cannot be part of Executive Committee.

  • Life Membership


    Fees: Rs.5000/- (INR Five Thousand only) as onetime payment. No annual fee to be paid thereafter. The membership is active only during life span of the member. Neither any succession nor transfer of membership is permitted.

  • Executive Class Membership


    Fees: Rs.10000/- (INR Ten Thousand only) as onetime payment. No annual fee to be paid thereafter. An Executive Class member can declare a nominee/ successor who will automatically becomes an executive class member after death of the original member.

    Eligibility to apply:


    Minimum qualifications to apply for the trust’s membership are

    To be a Citizen of India
  • Age not less than 18 years
  • Mentally sound


  • Additional criterion


  • The applicant shall agree in writing to abide all T&C of the trust and its objectives
  • Recommendation of two executive committee members is required
  • The membership fee to be paid to trust’s account by EFT, DD or Cheque.


  • Issuance of Membership


  • The executive committee only can award membership after scrutiny of application
  • The executive committee reserves all rights to accept or reject any application(s).
  • If any application is rejected, the reason thereof need not be informed to the applicant.
  • If membership fee is already paid for a rejected application, the amount will be returned to the applicant at the earliest, without any interest or charges.


  • General Terms & Conditions


  • Transfer: Membership is not transferrable to any other person/ persons for all 3 types of memberships.
  • Succession: Only an Executive Class member can declare a nominee/ successor who will automatically becomes an executive class member after death of the original member.
  • In any circumstance(s), assets or profits of the trust cannot be transferred/ distributed in full or by parts or as Dividends, to any normal member(s), general council member(s) or executive committee member(s) or any other person(s), organizations or bodies.
  • Only Life Members or Executive Class Members can be the member of Executive Committee. An Annual Member cannot be part of Executive Committee.
  • An Annual Member can participate and/or vote in General Council only if all his/her renewal fee(s) are paid prior commencement of that General Council meeting.


Termination of Membership

Membership will be terminated automatically under any one of the following circumstances and the membership fee or renewal fee collected so far will not be refunded.

  • Death of the member
  • Resignation by the member
  • Removal/ Debar of the member from the trust’s membership by the Council
  • Annual member not paid renewal fees for consecutive 3 years
