Our Mission

• To plan & execute various social welfare activities that commemorate the memories of self-less services of Shri Marangattu Padmanabhan, a Gandhian and Poet, who devoted his life for India’s freedom struggle, social reforms, renaissance and charitable works, thereby touching many lives.


• The trust strives to be the torch bearer of the glittering flame of benevolence that Shri Marangattu Padmanabhan kindles in each one of us and shall fulfill the vision of the veteran freedom fighter who dreamed, wrote and actively participated in building a welfare state by upholding the Gandhian principles and fought against all social discriminations.

Objectives

• Plan and impliment programmes which help to commemorate socio political & cultural personality of Shri Marangattu Padmanabhan and his life as a prominent freedom fighter in the National Movement of India.


• Conduct activities which are aimed at developing a society based on idealistic and welfare values.


• To construct public buildings inorder to immortalize the reminiscence of Shri Marangattu Padmanabhan and to use them for socially useful manner.


• Encourage those who bring innovative ideas and revard the efforts of those who excel in the fields of Arts/ Sports/ Literature/ Education/ Cultural activities etc and to assist startups


• Conduct seminars and debates in intellectual and scientific fields.


• Honour those Social Workers who dedicated their life and efforts for the progress and development of the society.


• To provide support to those persons who are ill, decrepit and nobody to support.


• Inculcate Patriotism and Nationalism among youngsters and children.


• Help the poor students who excel in academics/ sports.


• Reward those who turned out to be a role model in farming or any other avocation.


• To take up and impliment new endeavours and projects which will create more employment avenues in the fields of Agriculture, Industry, Academic etc.


• Inorder to achieve the aims and objecteevs of the trust, equip its members to work in harmony /or co-operation with the developement activities of local self institutions.


• The executive committe of the trust having authority to take up and impliment any programmes which will be benificial for the devolopement and encourage the activities of the trust.
